Just breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat. Take a moment each day to repeat this simple process. Of course we breathe every day but are we intentional about it. I know through the course of my life, my breath is what has saved me. In times of intense stress, in times of pain, in times of worry, I just tried to focus on my breath.
Today was one of those days. I woke up, made my coffee, wrote in my notebook what I am grateful for, prayed, took deep inhalations and exhales and read. The book I read from is called, “Little Stories of Your Life”. I am really excited to read this book as I believe it will help me on this path I am on at this time. I have always felt compelled to tell my story. The story of my life, lessons along the way with the hope that it will somehow resonate with someone else who might need to hear it. I have no idea where to start, so I’m starting with this blog.
My hope is that I will be able to convey my thoughts and let my creativity shine. I am not an author but I hope to someday be. For now, I will share short stories of my day, my life, my past, my future. Everyone has a story to tell. My story begins now.
